Mr. Stava is retired from law enforcement after 32 years. He is currently an A.P.A certified Polygraph Examiner with certification as a "Post Conviction Sex Offender" examiner. He is also a licensed Private Investigator with a Private Patrol Operators License, Process Server and Commissioned Notary Public with certification as a Loan Document Signing Agent.
